How it works...

After choosing your preferred design, we'll require a small deposit prior to any modifications or changes.

At this stage, our team will work with you to make any adjustments to the design and a set of plans will be sent for approval.
03.
After approval, any outstanding balance will be requested to be paid in full and your kitset will be scheduled for production. In most cases, the turnaround time is 72 hours depending on the size of your project.
04.
Once the kitset has been manufactured, we'll notify you.
05.
Pick up available or delivery service provided upon request.

If a floor panel is requested, we will also supply you with bottom plate Hold-Down bracket connections for uplift wind pressure. These connections are included in the Floor Panel price.
